Session Information

The poster session will take place in the Poster Hall, Entrance N10/N11, which is located next to the Capital Hall where the Exhibition is taking place.

Please have your poster on its board at least 30 minutes before your session is due to start.

We will provide material with which to attach your poster to its board.

We ask that you are by your poster during your presentation time to discuss your paper with the conference participants.

Volunteers and Event Staff will be available to assist you.

If your session is in the morning, please ensure your poster is removed by 14:00. If you are presenting in the afternoon, please remove your poster by the end of the day.

Poster Format

You should bring a physical paper poster to display, there are no power supplies or displays for video presentations.

Posters will be presented in pods of 4.

Each section of the pod will have room for a paper poster, and a small shelf on which you can place a laptop, a tablet, or a small demo, if you choose to present more interactive content. Note that there will not be a power outlet, so make sure your device, if you choose to have one, is fully charged.

The maximum dimension of the poster panel is 74” wide x 53” high (1.8m wide x 1.3m high) though we suggest not exceeding 60” wide x 40” high (1.5m wide x 1m high).

There is no specific template for the posters. You should choose the format that best represents your research work. Please use the ICRA 2023 logos that can be found here.

Virtual Attendees

To make ICRA 2023 as interactive as possible for our virtual attendees we kindly ask that whilst one of you is presenting your poster to the in-person audience, a co-author is available online (on InfoVaya) to answer questions from online participants.

All authors can log in to the InfoVaya platform and respond to questions on the paper.

If you are unavailable during the poster session, we would be grateful if you or your co-authors could answer any questions that have accumulated at a later point.

If you have any questions or require any other assistance, please contact us on Programme.ICRA2023@tfilodestar.com
