Your conference registration fee includes access to all content from 30th May - 1st June 2023, a ticket to the social events, coffee breaks and lunch on conference days and a copy of the electronic proceedings.
The conference fees above DO NOT include access to the workshops and tutorials taking place on 29th May and 2nd June.*
*Virtual registration will give you access to the Workshops online through the InfoVaya Conference app.
Registration for Authors
At least one author must attend the conference in person. You are not able to present virtually.
All presenting authors must be registered by 6th March 2023 (23:59 PST). Any authors who have not registered by March 6, 2023 or have papers exceeding the (6+n) page limit (excluding accepted RA-L, TRO, and RAM papers) in the final submitted paper version, will have their paper removed from the programme and the proceedings.
In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one author of each paper must register in advance. Authors who pay a non-student registration fee are allowed to upload up to 2 contributions and all other registrations are limited to one paper upload. Additional papers can be uploaded for a fee of £300.00. Papers that do not respect the (6+n) page limit (excludes accepted RA-L, TRO, and RAM papers) in the final submitted paper version will be removed from the program and the proceedings. No exceptions will be made. One regular registration can be used to upload no more than two papers and all associated attachments. If you are an author or co-author of a single contribution, your registration cannot be shared or used for uploading a paper for which you are not an author. One student registration can be used for upload of only one paper.
Workshops and Tutorials Registration Fees
The Workshops and Tutorials will take place on Monday 29th May and Friday 2nd June 2023. The fees below are for 1 day only.

Workshop/tutorial fees include access to workshops and tutorials on 1 day only, and will include coffee breaks and lunch. If you wish to attend both days you will be able to select both days during the registration process.

Visa Invitation Letters
Visa invitation letters will only be issued once registration is complete and paid for.
All visa requests must be submitted by the 11th May 2023.

Please note the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation and travel. The ICRA Event Organisers take no responsibility should entry be denied by the UK Government.

Any cancellations due to Visa refusal will be refunded according the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be made via email to enquiries_icra2023@tfilodestar.com.
All cancellations received before 23rd April 2023 (23:59 PST) will be subject to a £25.00 cancellation fee.
Refunds for cancellations received after April 23, 2023 (23:59 PST) will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Any cancellations due to visa requests being denied will be refunded based on the cancellation terms above. You are able to change the name on the registration without penalty.
